A tourism promotion initiative is born in Sorrento as a result of the collaboration between Unione Artigiani Penisola Sorrentina, Penisultart, Sorrento Foundation and the Municipality of Sorrento: The paths of art.
These 4 city trails were presented at the opening of the third edition of the Manufactum and will allow tourists to learn more about the craft traditions in the area.
Tarsia, ceramics, textiles, goldsmithing, sandals, embroidery, traditions that belong to the local identity and that the “walking tours” aim to support.
The departure of each tour will be from Villa Fiorentino in Sorrento for an average duration of about 2 hours.

The goal is, on the one hand, to pass on these traditions that are in danger of disappearing and, on the other hand, to give support to the workshops that still endure to pass on ancient crafts.
The special feature is the entrusting of the service to a professional guide or tour leader who will give the opportunity to connect the user with the craftsman while ensuring the translation of the story.
The cost of each individual tour is €20.00, a portion of which will benefit the category associations that support the initiative.
