An Excelent Expressionist artist
Villa Fiorentino hosts the Exhibition “Antonio Ligabue a Sorrento” an excellent italian artist of the XX cent.
Antonio Ligabue was an exponent of the Expressionism aestethic as well as Vincent Van Gogh and Edward Munch.
Starting from August 5 to November 16, 2024 the exhibit halls of Villa Fiorentino will be settled up with over sixty masterpieces of the Italian artist.
The exposition, curated by Marzio Dall’Acqua in partnership with Ligabue Art Projects foundation, aims to connect visitors to the aesthetic and the personality of the Artist.
Fierce beasts, strong colors and wild Nature that convey the underlying tenseness of Antonio Ligabue as well as his “survival instinct” confronting the roughness of his existence.

Entrance Fee: 10,00 € (box office will close 1 hour before Villa Fioretino’s closing hour).
From August 5 to September 30:

– Saturday, Sunday and festive days: 10:00 am – 1:00 pm / 5:00-9:00 pm;
From October 1 to November 16:
– Mon-Fri 10:00 am – 1:00 pm / 4:00-7:00 pm;
– Saturday, Sunday and festive days: 10:00 am – 1:00 pm / 4:00-8:00 pm;
